I would like to change the review of this morning by saying that I did receive an apology from the restaurant and the waiters... I would hereby like to change my review and give it a five star.. As I will always support mugg and bean Springs Mall because the coffee is the best

Spent a great hour on this trip, although we booked through Get Your Guide and saved a whopping 20p per person, well I am from Yorkshire! The guide was great and very funny, we bought some hot drinks from the coffee car at the top of Nyhavn and took them on board, it was lovely and sunny but still cold! We sat at the back in the open section, the boat is super smooth and quiet and the river is not choppy at all well it wasn't when we were on it). The tour goes through some of the canals and in to the main Nyhavn River, up to the little Mermaid and back down, over the other side and returns after an hour. We learnt a lot about the city and it gave us a good perspective of where everything is. Although you do get to see the little Mermaid on this tour, you are viewing her from the river so basically you have all the tourists stood behind her. We still walked up ho see her from the other side. Most certainly recommend!!

I thought that the guide was ok but the boat ride is very pretty & that made it worth it. The weather was excellent - nice & sunny and that made it a highlight of the trip.
